General
1.1 Company Information
CE Chauffeurs operates as a private hire chauffeur service, registered and licensed in accordance with UK regulations.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our services, clients agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. CE Chauffeurs reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website, with notice provided where applicable. Continued use of our services after such updates will constitute acceptance.
Bookings
2.1 Advance Booking
All services must be pre-booked. Requests for extensions or changes are subject to driver and vehicle availability.
2.2 Booking Channels
Reservations can be made through:
- Our official website
- Email confirmation
- Telephone or business messaging platforms
2.3 Vehicle Categories
We offer a range of executive and luxury vehicles. Images are for reference only; the actual vehicle supplied may differ but will meet or exceed the booked category.
2.4 Minimum Notice
- Premium Vehicles: 4 hours’ notice required
- Luxury Coaches: 24 hours’ notice required
- International reservations: 24 hours’ notice
2.5 International Services
For journeys abroad, clients are responsible for providing full address details and covering any additional costs such as Hotels, feeding, Tolls, Ferry, or Eurotunnel fees.
Service & Conduct
3.1 Passenger Conduct
- Smoking and use of illegal substances are prohibited.
- Alcohol consumption is only permitted with prior approval.
- Disruptive behaviour may result in termination of the service without refund.
- Cleaning fees (£75–£100) will apply in cases of soiling, spillage, or damage.
3.2 Luggage
- Luggage must not exceed the agreed allowance.
- Only small hand luggage may be carried inside the passenger area.
- Drivers may refuse excess or unsafe items.
3.3 Child & Pet Policy
- Child seats available upon request (additional charges may apply).
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pets are carried only with prior notice and approval (assistance animals excluded).
3.4 Driver Responsibilities
Our chauffeurs are fully licensed and insured. They are responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle but not for delays beyond their control (traffic, weather, etc.).
Waiting Time, Cancellations & No-Shows
4.1 Grace Periods
- Airports: 60 minutes free waiting from actual flight landing
- Other pickups: 15 minutes free waiting
Excess waiting is chargeable per minute plus any parking fees.
4.2 Cancellations
- Standard bookings: free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup
- Premium vehicles: 48 hours’ notice required
- International bookings: minimum 4 days’ notice
Late cancellations may incur full charges.
4.3 No-Shows
- Airport pickups: considered a no-show after 90 minutes without contact
- Other locations: considered a no-show after 30 minutes
- No-Shows will be charges full transfer amount
Payments & Charges
- All bookings must be prepaid through approved methods.
- Additional charges (waiting time, parking, extra mileage) are invoiced after the trip.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days.
- Once Services are provided no Refund shall be granted.
Liability & Insurance
- CE Chauffeurs maintains full public liability and vehicle insurance.
- We are not liable for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to unforeseen delays.
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by them or their party.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Client data is collected only for booking and service delivery purposes.
- We comply with UK GDPR requirements.
- Data will never be sold to third parties.
- Clients may request access or deletion of personal data at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
